Puppy Chronicles...

Post by Rochele Smit »

Here is our Shadow x Zonya litter. 5 males and 5 females. I cannot say how happy I am with these puppies. They have exceeded even my expectations. Two long years of researching and choosing this cross looks to be finally paying off! Shadow comes out of Robbie v Leeuwen x Amber and Zonya is out of Schefflers C’est Touché x Vrijheid’s Adrenaline Rush. These puppies are great! Super confident, very outgoing, tenacious to the max, and very stable & fun personalities. I would like to share them with you!

Rochele,

How in the world did you get 6 week old puppies to stay long enough for that photo in the car?

I see a good entrant for the "howl-o-ween" photo contest as well...

Cute pics!

Is the dark adult in one of the pics the sire?

Thanks guys!

Haha, yes, taking puppy pictures is extremely hard. For every good pic I get, there are about 50 bad ones!

Heather, yes, that was Blue puppy meeting Shadow for the first time last week.

Tell us about yourself: I'm a first time DS owner but not new to shepherds. I have a female Mal and now a female DS. I can only find certain things online about this breed. By happenstance, I found this site and hope to gain some more knowledge about this breed
