These are also DSx/Malx. Looks like some hard working lines.

Why do they look so... beefy? The chest and leg space on that black Mal looks bully-ish.

They look raw fed to me. KNPV dogs don't have a standard look either. A black mal isn't from conformation lines, so you're going to see a lot of variety.
