So sad, poor boy I remember reading about him when they were trying to raise money for treatment. From what I read he was a great companion.

that is so sad. what stands out the most to me is how he was such a loved and integral part of the family. You don't always think of police K-9's as being capable of that .

But of course, Dutch Shepherds wear many hats and Tommy's handler really made him part of the family.

Tell us about yourself: jsut lost my maggie p of 14 yrs, never knew what breed she was until someone on a degenerative mylthopia noticed her pics and told me what she was. the most loyal, intelligent, athleic, loving dog a person could ever ask for.
