Raw egg is very good , I add herbs and certain vegetables
Mackerel is highly nutritional and cheap
With leg bones that are very strong I split with a axe , give marrow / cartilage for dogs and I freeze the empty bone for making stock , in the winter months I add a spoon of cod liver oil twice a week
Once a week they have a fasting day
Great ideas. You sound like you now what you are doing.

Lisa I made it over to Planet Paws. They have a lot of good info. I’m already going to share avocado with the dogs. I had a gut feeling it was a myth that it was bad for dogs.

What is green tripe?
Typically it's the unprocessed stomach lining of cows. It's full of beneficial minerals and enzymes. Helps to maintain a balanced p.H in the dogs stomach. Basically it's a super food for dogs or cats if you like to feed raw. Smells like bad breath or a dirty gym sock.

Tell us about yourself: I'm Keith, 28 years old born and raised outside Chicago. I adopted Duke, the Dutch Shepherd from a Chicago foster based rescue. Duke had an unfortunate first 2 months of his upbringing but he's been a prince around here ever since.

Healthy, happy, energetic, and super social.

Idk. Def do more research, i heard about avocado too, good and bad.

Always supervise with bone and don't fees weight-bearing bones unless you take them away after the marrow is gone.
