puppy in dogs trust. maybe demons brother?

Post by cordeliandemon »

hey guys, i was looking around on the dogstrust website out of boredom and came accross this guy. do you guys think he looks like a dutch shepherd? hes the same age as demon and id hate to think someone else couldnt handle one of his siblings and dumped him in the shelter :( im worried about this poor guy now, i can just imagine if it was demon in there, nobody would know how to handle the crazed puppy energy...

ps. now realising i probably should have put this in rescue but im not sure

I'm not a DS expert, but first impression on first photo is more sight hound mix. Very narrow head and hind quarters looks light ( slender ). Would be easier with a standing photo.

Moved to Rescue.
Though I can only hope to become the person who my animals believe I am, the things that they have taught me have made me a better human being. ~~~Sharon~~~

Tell us about yourself: DS and Mal foster newly approved aug'12 by NADSR and ABMCR. high-functioning Autistic in nyc/hamptons in my 60's. Rescued the smartest dog i had ever seen off nyc street in 2000. Tracedog's intelligence exceeded by multiples my judgement that day. My first [and only as of 10/2012] dog turned out to be a DS, perhaps with a touch of something else, but attention to detail, behavioral traits, and physical habits, movement, and skill identical to DS. But MUCH more intellectual ability. supremely confident in all settings, fearless, very outgoing and social with people and friendly with dogs. Seldom apart in over 12 years, Trace Dog was the most important relationship of my adult life; he was my partner. He died july17,2012. i am dying without him. www.youtube.com/tracesobaka www.dogster.com/dogs/637612

Tell us about yourself: I live in Metro-West Boston with my husband and our rescued Dutch Shepherd, Minnie. She loves anything involving activity. Our first rescued DS, Kaya, loved to tug. Our second rescued DS (who actually turned out to be a GSDx), Marley, loved to nap. I volunteer for the North American Dutch Shepherd Rescue and am a member of the NADSR BOD.

It can be really difficult to make a correct breed ID on a puppy or young dog.

This dog is in Ireland. :)
Cheryl in MA, with rescued DS
Kaya, adopted January 2006 (over the bridge, September 2014)
Marley, adopted February 2008
Minnie, adopted March 2015
