C15-015749 This is Woods. He is a young adult male Brindle German Shepard. He is full of energy and seems to be an all around friendly dog. He was picked up as a stray. He doesn't not care a lot about a leash at this point. He is on stray hold until 1-14-15.

- Tell us about yourself: I live in Metro-West Boston with my husband and our rescued Dutch Shepherd, Minnie. She loves anything involving activity. Our first rescued DS, Kaya, loved to tug. Our second rescued DS (who actually turned out to be a GSDx), Marley, loved to nap. I volunteer for the North American Dutch Shepherd Rescue and am a member of the NADSR BOD.

Re: Possible DS in Union County, SC
North American Dutch Shepherd Rescue currently has nine dogs, at least a third of which have had little or no real interest by potential adopters.
If you live in this general area of the country and can foster (or know of someone who might like to foster), please have them fill out an online foster application.
Thanks!

Re: Possible DS in Union County, SC
If I had room at my house, I'd pull through the rescue I'm with.
Unfortunately, I just pulled a 6 week old puppy and am getting ready to move. The only other person in our rescue who has the skills to deal with a DS currently has 5 fosters plus 2 of her own personal dogs...
