Tiger Needs to be Rescued (ADOPTED)

Tiger is a gorgeous Mal/DS mix that needs some stability in his life. He was dropped off at the Miami-Dade Animal Services shelter, adopted shortly after, and then brought back the next day. 
I met Tiger today. He has no aggressiveness, but he lacks any obedience. He is so full of energy, but he doesn't know who to trust yet.
He's going to need a rescue ASAP.
