No, they look like brindle dogs. Many breeds have brindle color

The 2nd one definitely not. The first looks like maybe a pit shepherd mix, but I doubt it has any Dutch Shepherd.

the first looks mostly pit but and those ears scream cattle dog more than any shepherd type to me.
the second is a Heinz 57 variety :)
i dont see dutch in either
Sadhbh (pronounced "Sive", its an irish name) -

Koda (alaskan malamute)
