If you were to leave one with a power chewer completely unsupervised, it would be demolished most tik (i.e., very quickly).
And a long lasting squeaker in one is hit or miss - sometimes they last the life of the toy, sometimes the reed gets crushed/dislodged as quickly as the second day.
The durability of those with appendages is unknown. However, speaking for limbless Koi and the Snake shapes? Around our household, they are the most resistant to gutting and longest lasting throw/tug plush toy we've found to date. Typical lifespan is around a year with supervised play and routine laundering although one fish made it nearly 18 months once.
