We have extensive experience with sled dogs, shepherd mixes, a wolf hybrid, and our current dog a 95# long haired Shiloh Shepherd. We added Endeavor in April 2016. She was not working out in HRD. I train for game recovery and general utility.

Damn near the same thing happened to me with En on her long line! It was dark, the grass was wet. I wasn't paying attention the way I should have. She went out and then back and then zipped from left to right taking my feet clean out from under me at full speed. Luckily, I was able to break my fall with my neck.
