In honor of much of the US getting hit with winter weather some big storms recently - even Dallas had snow today from what I hear.

- Tell us about yourself: Dogs are my life, what can I say. GSDs primarily for nearly 50 years til bringing in my first DutchShep about 4 years ago. GSD rescue for 9 yrs, nearly 200 thru my home, rehabbed, adopted out. Been involved in AKC ob, herding, tracking, agility; Schutzhund-DVG; scent detection (HR-water)&narcotics, some patrol work. Mostly herding training at present on my little farm.

Well, we dont have the usual winter landscape here in the deep south as you folks up north do, but it is quite cold right now at 18 degrees. Was 65 degrees yest. Like they say around here, if you dont like Louisiana weather just give it a few hours and it changes drastically. I'll try to get creative with this and enter. You all keep warm now!

12 degrees here last night (-11 celcius) and worse expected for this coming night. It was, indeed, 76 last week. (25 celcius)
I have pupsickles right now, but they honestly seem to having a great time out there in this cold.
I too shall try a submission, but Madix is great again.

Time for the annual camping trip!!! Several inches of ice on the ground right now. The Highs this weekend will be mid 30's (F) and lows in the 20's ... makes me kind of miss the -20F years
With temperatures like this the ground tends to get a bit soft and muddy...Eric

Cody and his buddy Vader playing at our community lake. It was in the upper 70s yesterday so we decided to take the dogs to cool down
