- Tell us about yourself: My Husband Ollie and I live in TN, on Watts Bar Lake, we have two awesome roughcoats. Rufus is 2 ½, he is a Silver Brindle and Alma is Black with Silver. Rufus is a bit on the serious side, just a big lover, and Al is the live wire! We work the dogs with Thunderhawk Canine. We have had different dogs throughout our lives, and then we got Rufus!!! Fell in love with the Dutch Shepherd, we just had to have another one. Al (Alma) came to us from Vom Roneberg last Aug. We are members of WDSA and PSA and enjoy training and working with the dogs. This is all new to me, I THANK my husband for introducing me to a wonderful new hobby

chlorophyll does it work
we have a bitch coming in heat has anyone used chlorophyll to mask the sent, have lose dogs in the neighborhood and don't want visitors coming to the house.

Welcome to the forum. I know you have lurked
I'll have to let others tell you about Chlorophyll. I have never used it. I would love to know also though. It would be great to have SOMETHING that keeps Rowdy and Vader more comfortable when the girls come in.
If you get a moment, can you post an intro about you, Ollie and the kids in the New Member Area? People here have heard me reference your dogs, but I am sure they would love to know you as well. Also, if you click on the link at the top that says "User Control Panel" you can create a signature with your name. It just helps everyone keep each other straight.
I have one more weekend out of town this week - its the Ohio trial. Hopefully I will be around for training after that. I miss you guys!!

- Tell us about yourself: I am in New York State. Got my first DS about 14 years ago (more or less as a rescue- lost her in Nov.). After years of GSD's, and a few dogs of other breeds (Rotti/Beauceron/Ger. Shorthaired Pointer/ Yorkie and my current Jack Russell) I now have another DS, 4mo female, no name yet, tho I have a few in mind.
Also have a horse-old quarter horse mare-32.

I tried it and felt like an idiot for doing it. Dogs got some funky looking green meals out of it and I ended up boarding my male after all.
It's not bad for them and it's supposed to be good for freshening bad breath (mine don't have that problem) but for masking a female in heat.. dream on!
