Hello all,
We just picked up another DS, 11M.O. female. Suka is her name, and she is really the perfect contradiction to Tomo. She came to us as the breeder of Tomo had picked her up from a family that was in over their head. She needed a home and family environment, she didnt do well in the kennel environment. Boy how she has blossomed in just a week. No where near the drive of Tomo, but alot of that is her insecurity and overall imbalance. Some food, alot of love, and she really has come around already. Tomo being a dominant female we worried how well she'd fit and how the she'd take to the pack allowing Tomo to remain top dog guess youd say. They have bonded well and play well together, a few little incidents but always an I'm sorry from the instigator, a correction, and they are all tail wagging and good after it. Her temperament is really amazing, so gentle and loving. I'm working on building that drive some so she can gain some confidence in play and over all being. No unfortunately I really dont. Supposedly from belgium and a mal mix, but thats it. The breeder I got Tomo from picked her up from a house that was in over their head.
