Tell us about yourself: Adopted a young adult male Dutch Shepherd from the local animal shelter 5 months ago. Also have a smaller Australian Shepherd/Corgi mixed breed dog.

The Vet guessed a year to 18 months.

He's about 60 pounds and 26 inches tall at the shoulders

do you have a photo of the dog standing - side view?

The dropped ears and the shape of the head lean me towards a mix. At 18 months the ears should be fully erect.

I see I didnt type out everything I was thinking in the first post. I know he's a mix, but I think there is DS in there.

Tell us about yourself: My name is Ben. I've been a dog lover for my entire life. I currently own a GSD (Hopper) and a Boxer (Phoebe). They are my kids and best friends.

As far as DS's go, I've never owned one and this is the reason I'm here. I'm looking to learn more about the breed since I'm thinking of adding one to my family.

I'm definitely no expert with identifications if the breed (and especially mixes) so I won't even weigh in on that. Whatever the consensus becomes though he's absolutely adorable. Love that first pic of the face. So expressive.
