Hi, my name is Liza, and i m from Moscow=)

Nowadays i ve 2-years old male Malinois Loki, and i train IPO program with him. In future i m going to get a dutch female from KNPV lines.

I m really interesting in cynology and want to get breeder education. The main question - where to get good fundamental base and practical experience in working dogs breeding

I would contact Selena Van Leeuwen for working line and KNPV dog info. I don't think she really comes on these forums anymore, but she is pretty active on facebook. There are a lot of educated people on here, but as far as KNPV dogs and truly knowing 1st hand history of the breed and breeding for working lines, you won't really find much of that info here. There are some older posts from her and Judith and some other knowledgeable breeders if you look through very old posts, but most of us these days have pet or sport dogs. If you'd like to know more of the day to day training and living with Dutch Shepherds though, we all have plenty of experiences with that.

Pity, but there s awful lack of information in Internet now. I can't find good resource with, for example bloodlines speciality info. I even don't talk about good breeders school or practice in Russia.
Btw, do you know, is it a practice of pet co-ownership in Europe? Is it possible to get really good and promising animal for "man from the side", at least in co-ownership? Would be great to have an option to get breeder's advice and help:)

Judith Powell is her name with Van Neerland Dutch Shepherds. She's on facebook as well and also runs Seven Pines Kennel. There's some back history on her website too about the breed and she has a lot of experience with the KNPV program.

I don't quite understand what "man from the side" means and I don't know about co-ownership over there. I know it's more common for show dogs here in the US, not working dogs, but that's something to talk to the breeders about.

What you'll probably want to take a look as is the BRN database. http://www.bloedlijnen.nl/ You'll probably need to use translate to read most of it, but you can research pedigrees and a lot of good working dog lines.

Just i think breeders dont want to sell their best and promicing dogs to unknown buyers, so i wondered if there are some ways to make breeders more sure in new owners.
