Facebook page.hey! My name is Alex, I am from Wisconsin! I am a huge animal lover, (had many breeds of dogs all my life) My newest editions are my two new pups, Cronus, who is a year old (rescue) German shepherd Mix(honestly NO IDEA what he is mixed with!!) and Nyx, or Nyxie as she is known. Nyx (I was originally told when I bought her) was a purebred Sable German shepherd, but after owning one, and looking at her, I realized I had been lied too. After some much needed research. I realized she looks more like a dutch shepherd. (at aleast I hope!) I would love some imput about what you all think! Thanks for taking time to read this!! thanks!

Welcome. I would say she looks like a ds more so than a German Shepherd. Im not the best person to get that opinion from but I can give the opinion that is a beautiful dog.

Rescued the smartest dog i had ever seen off nyc street in 2000. Tracedog's intelligence exceeded by multiples my judgement that day. My first [and only as of 10/2012] dog turned out to be a DS, perhaps with a touch of something else, but attention to detail, behavioral traits, and physical habits, movement, and skill identical to DS. But MUCH more intellectual ability. supremely confident in all settings, fearless, very outgoing and social with people and friendly with dogs. Seldom apart in over 12 years, Trace Dog was the most important relationship of my adult life; he was my partner.
