Hello everybody. My name is Jake and I live in Omaha Nebraska. Just recently bought my first Dutch Shepherd puppy 3 weeks ago. She is 10 weeks old now and is housebroken now. Good pup other than she is very mouthy, nippy and bitiy. Never have owned a Dutch Shepherd before. Was doing some work out on a farm where they breed and train dutchys for law enforcement. Got a good deal on a solid pop. Her name is Ava. Look forward to chatting with all of you. How did you all deal with your mouthy puppies?

Welcome.
You can use the Windows Paint program to resize your image, or put it on one of the picture sites and put the link between the img tags.
There's lots of posts about mouthy pups. Do a search and read some of the behavior threads.
Looking forward to seeing and hearing more about your puppy.

Welcome!
Indeed, DSs are known for being mouthy. And Michael's right...lots of talk on here about mouthy-ness. Try advanced search, too, with key words since you'll find information on lots of stuff (not just mouthy-ness) that you wouldn't expect to see according to the section and/or title of the post. (We didn't keep on-topic much.)

Though I can only hope to become the person who my animals believe I am, the things that they have taught me have made me a better human being. ~~~Sharon~~~
