The pedigree might shed some light on the mystery??

As for flirt poles I hate them, my dogs learned after 30 seconds that if they control the hand they own the toy, stupid flirt poles.

Two ball is the only thing I can play safely, yay for two ball.

We see this from time to time..............some K9s just don't have the drive............same litter doesn't matter some will some won't...........you can't develop what is not hard wired into them. At 6 months of age they should be biting a sleeve, reacting to a bite suit and agitation. A good decoy will bring out the best in the drives that are already there.
