- Tell us about yourself: My name is Karen and I have a dutch shepherd, Xander, born 6/14/13. He is my second dutch shepherd. My first was Rawly. Even though Xander is my second I still have a lot to learn. That is why I'm here, to learn, get advice, and meet people who love these guys as much as I do.

New Puppy
I had posted recently that my dad had to put his DS Mia down. Well.... just so happens that a friend of mine had a litter of GSD Mal cross. So we have a new member of the family. The intro with Xander went amazing. He is so good with the new puppy. I just hope this continues as the puppy gets older. He actually doesn't pay much attention to her and is not aggressive what so ever. I'm so proud of him. So meet the new little girl (no name yet). And I realized she isn't a DS and this is a DS forum but we all looooovvvveee puppies so I had to post a pic.

- Tell us about yourself: I am: a father, a carpenter, hunter, runner. I have extensive experience with sled dogs, shepherd mixes, a wolf hybrid, a Shiloh Shepherd. I added Endeavor in April 2016. She was not working out in HRD. I train for game recovery and general utility.

- Tell us about yourself: Over the past 25 years I shared my life with a Rott, two Akitas, and a Shepherd/Husky mix. I now have my first Dutch Shepherd. Lexi was born in early September 2014. She is great in so many different ways but I could use advice from some been there done that DS owners.

- Tell us about yourself: Hi, my name is Elaine. A little less than a month ago we rescued a beautiful 3 month old female Dutch Shepherd. We have 2 other dogs as well. One is a senior chihuahua, and the other is a 7 year old Johnson's Bull dog. My son found her through an ad on Craigslist. She had been rescued by a wildlife rescue center when she was around 8 weeks old. When we saw her picture we had to have her. To be honest we didn't know what breed she was until we did some digging on the interwebs. She is amazing, and brightens my day everyday. I can't wait to learn more about her.
