Hello! My husband and I have been looking for a short haired DS puppy. We live in Oregon, in a well-fenced .6 acre homestead. We want the dog for home protection but also as a companion to join us on our adventures. We used to have a wonderful Viszla until he passed away unexpectedly at 11.5 years. So we understand and expect a high level of intelligence, energy and endurance. Why not go for another Viszla? They are not known for their home and personal defense capabilities and we are looking for a breed that is know for that as well as loyalty.
Are there any reputable breeders on the West Coast or near the west side of the USA?
