Tell us about yourself: I'm 28, a student and mum of three girls. I have two dogs a GSD and a JRT and I have a partner who is moving over from NL soon who has a GSD guide dog. I am hoping to become a dog trainer amongst other things and love nothing more than spending time with my girls my partner and the woofs.

Marjolein I love the horse animation lol

The kids and I will be celebrating Sinterklaas for the first time this year seeing as Ruud will be over for that particular time of year.. I look forward to seeing pictures from everyone :D

My belgian friend and I had fun explaining to our english university friends the other day what Sinterklaas is and they all complained they don't get to enjoy it too :lol:

WAAAAA! I want to move to The Netherlands! or at least, spend more time there. ;)

I had such a nice vacation there this year, I've set aside a small time to go in 2012. Of course, to be there for the Championship Club Match. ;) I'll make sure the battery in my camera is charged.

Now, about the photo. This is going to take some thinking.

Tell us about yourself: Dogs are my life, what can I say. GSDs primarily for nearly 50 years til bringing in my first DutchShep about 4 years ago. GSD rescue for 9 yrs, nearly 200 thru my home, rehabbed, adopted out. Been involved in AKC ob, herding, tracking, agility; Schutzhund-DVG; scent detection (HR-water)&narcotics, some patrol work. Mostly herding training at present on my little farm.

Tell us about yourself: I adopted a Dutch Shepherd mix (without knowing what she was) from the SPCA here in Victoria BC and am now trying to learn everything I can about this breed. My husband and I work from home most of the time so I thought it was time to get a puppy! We have his 2 boys here half the time and we wanted a nice family dog.

Sugar looks like a miniature Dutch Shepherd with floppy ears, and has every ounce of DS traits in her little body!

I hope to learn from other DS owners and share doggy experiences.

Tell us about yourself: I like Dutch Shepherddogs, especially the roughcoat. At the moment we have three dogs, two DS (one female who is 10 years and one male who is six months) and one male Laekenois at the age of three. We live in the north of The Netherlands.

Tell us about yourself: I was introduced to the Dutch Shepherd breed during my time as an Army veterinary technician working with Military Working Dogs. I fell in love with the breed and by pure chance happened to meet a DS in a local rescue who was a police K9 washout and was up for adoption. We adopted Zodiac right away and she has been an important part of our family ever since. We currently compete in Rally-Obedience and participate in Agility.

I was a little surprised to see the picture with "Black Piet", I wasn't aware that blackface was still accepted in some places.
