Cino has been a very good Dutch Shepherd .. the occasional shoe, relocating objects around the house, biting my niece trying to rescue her from the pool, and those kinds of things...

Most of my "worst things" have been the rescue dogs.

Some of you will remember Zorro. The one rescue that I absolutely fell in love with and because of a previous "failed rescue" I didn't keep even though I should have.

Zorro HATED toilet paper! He would stare at it, growl at it, and shred it... It was a very short period of him learning who was boss around the house and we settled into a very peaceful existence - except the toilet paper. In all my life before and after him I have never needed to replace the toilet paper holder. While he was with me I replace it multiple times. that is until I finally just started keeping toilet paper on top of bar for the glass shower doors.

With the other rescues the worst thing that happened is letting Christie and Trudy talk me into taking in female rescues. NOT PRETTY! I have taken more stitches and dog bites from female rescues and Abigail getting into fights. Doing everything I can to keep the female rescues and Abigail separated and then making the smallest of small mistakes...

The worst thing Zodiac has done is bitten my boss :?

It was shortly after we adopted her and she was still very fearful of men. I brought her in to work for a post-adoption check-up (I was a veterinary technician at the time) and had her laying on the floor next to my desk while I was filling out some paper work. My boss, the head veterinarian, walked by my desk and Zodiac jumped up and bit his leg. Thankfully she didn't break the skin, and thankfully he was understanding! She has had a lot of socialization since then to prevent it from happening again.
