It happens, that people think they need this-or-that, and when you get a good look at them, you know for a fact that they need just the opposite. I have even had cops, looking for a hard K9 and you end up steering them to the more polite types, since a hard dog would eat them alive. You just can't tell them they are not up to the challenge.
