ps I forgot about wood, lol sticks actually. Beta is a stick, or tree limb, freak. Loves them. Likes to pull, tug of war, chew, chase, catch, etc There has been a few times that she was somehow able to sneak one in the doggie door, probably sideways, when I wasn't looking. She will bring it somewhere secret to demolish it...usually on my bed. Wood chips galore.

Sorry if I tend to get "wordy". I was a former news writer and tend to go overboard in telling a story or explaining something....i am working on it

Sadie is a tree demolisher too!! All of the trees in my back yard dont have branches below 3".

Merlin likes to chew wood too, he chewed the corners off my decks steps

I have to say, Thalie has never destroyed anything. She is a goody goody. Sadie is making up for that.
