Tell us about yourself: My name is Anna and i'm 19 years old, I volunteer most of my time and half of which goes to OCAS shelter which is where I found Mina who was 7 months old at the time.
I live in chapel hill, NC. Soon to be near ashville NC as I will be attending Warren Wilson College.

Tell us about yourself: My name is Selena van Leeuwen, 35 yo, married to Dick. We have 2 children, a boy just turned 3 and a girl who will be 2 in may. We breed xHH, we developed our own bloodline with in mind how a PSD should be in our eyes.

You never know. She will sell the friendlier ones to pet homes as do most working dog breeders. :g_wink:
Not as puppy ;) adult or young adults who are not suitable (enough)for the work (anymore)to experienced homes after torough evaluation here at home. I still get back they have more than enough " under the hood". Been 3 so far, in age between 1/2 yo. 2 are very active pets, 1 working as a helping dog.

Tell us about yourself: Hi.....my name is Angela. I have 2 daughters and 1 granddaughter. All of my dogs (and cats) are rescues. I have a puppy that we just adopted that I think could be at least part Dutch Shepherd. We also have a 2 year old pug/min pin mix and an 11 year old border collie and possible lab mix.

I got my mixed girl from a shelter. She would be great with young children. She does her best not to knock over my 15 month old granddaughter. And has even been hugged by her.

My only problem with what is wanted out of the perspective pup is the 100% trustworthy around the children. I just feel that no dog should ever be trusted 100% with small children, no matter how good it is. There should always be an adult watching over them when they're together. Just my opinion.

I completely agree, accidents happen, and better off someone who can control the situation be there if it does.
