There are 2 main registries in the USA - American Kennel Club (AKC) and United Kennel Club (UKC). Both offer titles in various venues, with obedience being one of them. Joyce - am I remembering right that the title is UCD to differentiate it from the CD offered by AKC?

The UCD is different than the AKC CD. The UCD has a recall over a jump. There is a recall with a person walking near the dog while the dog is being recalled. The long down is done as a honoring dog while there is a competitor is doing their heeling routine.
