I took my kids to the movies tonight, we were running late so we quickly put the dogs in their crate and fed them ( we waited until they were done before we left) ( 2 seconds).

When I got back and went to go let them out, I noticed a small piece of meat that was laying on the floor in front of their crates, it must have dropped when I was tossing their dinner in.

I can only imagine the two of them just staring at the meat while I was gone.

so, who was the first one to get it when you let them out?

Thalie, she was let out first by my daughter. Sadie must have been cursing Thalie

I can picture the 2 of them staring just like this for hours at that little scrap, drooling and praying to be first out of the crate! Poor girls!

Im sure they were, I really felt bad, I had no idea I dropped a piece! They really dont drool much. Luckily or id have a pool in my house.
