Raw chicken?

I have seen several posts recently with people feeding their Dutchies raw chicken. I always thought that chicken bones were bad! What's the deal?
Raw bones are good to feed, but cooked are bad.
Raw chicken bones are soft so dogs can easely chew and digest them, but cooked bones are harder and split to splinters which can perforate organs.
