yup NRW, on military terrain (for practice). They never use it, since I live here (5 yrs) it happened once that when I arrived the flags were up (means they are practicing and you cannot enter). It really is a fun area, they made waterholes for the tanks to drive thru etc. fields and woodland to practice different terrain for packed soldiers to travel through, there is ditches, piles of wood, lots of fun stuff!
And deer and LOTS of bunnies... didn't see those this time tho
