My husband and I have adopted a puppy and we thought that was a lab mix, he has been going through puppy classes, and the instructor mentioned that as he gets bigger his snout is getting longer and that he looks more and more like a Dutch Shepherd. If you guys think you could help me out and let me know if you think he looks like a dutch shepherd... he was given to a woman by a homeless man and we adopted him from her. we known nothing of where he came from or parent dogs. We have had him since 5 weeks of age. He is now 17 weeks old.
Look forward to hearing from you guys!

i will try to get a side shot of him standing, otherwise i have this one from his sitting. i think he is a mix.. but not sure with what... his mannerisms and looking at dutch shepherd images, he looks alot like them rather than a brindle boxer or brindle pit... =)
thanks for all the compliments, =) let me know what you think of this photo.
thanks!

Thanks for the extra picture. when you get another photo, let us know how old he is as well in that particular photo... they do change a lot as they grow!
Again, I'm not the expert on the forum - just foolish enough to run it.
To me there is something else in that genetic mix. Especially with that massive white spot and the head just looks a little off.
Give it some time others will respond. This time of the year is the slowest on the forum.
