Not Without Me, You Don't!

Do you ever try to hug your significant other with your DS around?
If we're just standing and hugging, of course, it suddenly becomes a group hug with Geyser sandwiched in between us (complete with toy in mouth).
If we're prone, let's say, reading, and decide it's time for a hug, next thing you know, there's a wet nose squiggling under your armpit and working it's way up to head level for lots of kisses.
I doubt I'd ever reach my daily laugh quota without Geyser around

Thalie, no, she would just come and lay next to you, but Sadie, you bet, the wet nose would wedge right in between.

We've trained him out of it, but Zane's preference is to stand on two feet with his front feet on your back if you're hugging someone other than him.

That's too funny!
Don't have a clue what Lyric would do, as we're alone here. I think it might worry her a bit.

Too cute! Sugar couldn't care less if we hug, etc...however if I pick up the cat for a cuddle, thats a whole 'nother story! Then all of a sudden its "what about me...pet me, pet me!!"

Nope. I do not hug my significant other anymore. Too many wet noses and striped bodies that interfere.
And I won't even mention the dog all of a sudden sitting in your bedroom, staring with big eyes or worse, poking you with wet nose, when you are being romantic. Pretty distracting!!
