That's funny!
My GSD never met a puddle she didn't like. Geyser, OTOH, tends to walk around them, very daintily.

Odin has a very strict rule that unless the body of water is over a foot deep, he will avoid it at all costs. Over a foot and he's in doggie heaven!

That is super cute!
Diesel does this too in the summer when we walk the trail around the lake (on leash). There is a nice shallow spot he likes to lie down in to cool off. I give him a few minutes to relax and he will roll from side to side to get his back wet.

Go go Diesel! Mud baths rule!!
So, when I took this pic, that was the first time he did it. But, as smart as he is, he learned that trick quickly, so he does it all the time now! ><

You're not going to believe this my DS still does that in this cold snowy climate. I thought he was nuts. He went in the pond here (-10) up to his belly didn't phase him, cause he did it the next day too.
