Who has a waggy butt ????
Thalie has always done this, and I just love it. She will shake her whole body, then the front will stop and just the butt will shake. She is my waggy butt.

Odin does! He locked himself in the laundry room yesterday and we when got home and found him he was so waggy he split his tail open on the wall and covered the house in a big bloody mess as he ran around in excitement.

My dachshund, Scout, has a reeeeally waggy butt. She gets excited and it's the silliest thing ever!
