Hendrix has landed!!!! Four days ago I walked into my house to meet this bundle of energetic fur and fell in love. And I've been suffering a serious case of Proud First Time Dutchie Mom Syndrome ever since! We've already had a visit to the vet for a serious case of liquid poo/constipation, which was probably more traumatic for me rather than Hendrix, and now that he's feeling better we've met his prompt 7pm Satanic Possession Sessions, as I believe someone else described this perfectly on here. It's been a few rainy, cold days here and we've learned Hendrix hates the wet and cold. Which makes bathroom breaks comical - usually involving me doing a song and dance routine to get him to step outside.

But I am constantly amazed at the intelligence and will to learn from this breed! So without much ado, and with much excitement, please allow me to introduce you to 3 month old Hendrix!

What a good looking guy. I might have been the one that talked about satanic possession. Good news, at 6 months satan is mostly gone, pops in from time to time, but the "insane eyes" are gone. Exorcism by multitude of chew things, toys, etc.

Thanks so much guys! We're slowing getting to know each other and working on manners. He's still a bit reactive to people and dogs so we're trying to work on that with someone. He's doll when he wants to be, like when he first wakes up.

Thanks Dutchringgirl! The breeder said he should come in around 60-75 pounds once he's done growing. His dad is all muscle and stocky.

Karin I may be asking for your advice soon! Just got back from the store with about 12 different types of chewies/toys. Let's see how tonight's Satan Possession goes.
