I was looking at some recent photos of Chaos the other day and I realized that *gasp* shes not a puppy anymore. She's lost most of her puppy ruff and she's grown into her ears. I think at 18 months she's still filling out a bit but she's deffinitly not a puppy...







Please ignore the blue tarp. We joke because we live in blue tarp kind of area but then the roof of the garage decided to cave in in the middle of a storm.

I may be just one of those proud parents but she really is a good looking dog. How come we don't have some sort of mooney eyed smiley face emoticon?

Not a pup, indeed. I love the serious look in the last picture. Even if she would not hurt a fly (I don't know, of course) she still commands respect.

That look makes men move to the other side of our dark mountain road when we walk at night. It's one of the things I appreciate about the DS. She's alover not a fighter for the most part but I think she would if she felt she had to. She is an adept gopher hunter and I think she would try her best to take down a deer if she could ever catch it (though I doubt she knows how to kill something that big).
