My first instinct is to say no, but I can't put my finger on why. It's really hard to make a judgment from the shots you put up and without more info.
Can you get a profile shot of her standing, and a shot of her standing from with you looking down, and a front shot of her standing? How old is she, 8 months? How tall is she at the shoulder and how much does she weigh?
Her ears seem kind of spoon shaped to me, so that might be part of it, as well as the total lack of face mask.
