Let me try to help out here. I'm not super-familiar with Flikr, but I AM a professional geek... :geek:

I looked at the HTML code of your last post and was able to pull out the Flikr address. It appears you followed the directions given by Dusty. Unfortunately those directions were close, but not totally correct. That would've worked had you used the "url" tags instead of "img" but that would only post a link to the images and some here resist following links. It's really best to have the image show up in your post. The easiest way to do it is to click on "BBCode" in the Flikr share box, then select a reasonable size for the photo (I chose 500x375 for the ones below), then select ALL the text in the box (there's a bunch of it). Here's a screenshot with my notes in green:

Now you can just paste that text into your message and you don't have to worry about adding any tags around it. Just paste it in to it's own line. It'll show the picture at the size you selected and also include a link to your album. Here's the first picture from your album posted that way:

Now, if you just want the photo without all the link stuff, look at the text you paste in before you submit the post. You can remove everything except the part between the "[ img ]" and "[ /img ]" tags:

I've done that for the rest of the images in your album below. You can still click on these, but instead of going to your album it'll just show a larger size of that picture (the forum software shrinks the images to make the messages more readable):

Hope that helps!

Oh and BTW, Dutchess is gorgeous! Is that a missing bit on the right ear, or just a piece that refuses to stand? Either way, I love it--adds a special bit of character.

OMG! Thank you so much! That was incredibly helpful, thank you for taking the time. Dutchess is missing the top of her ear, she was born that way. The first pic is at 5 weeks, and on up to the present.

Since my job is computer stuff, it's not a big deal for me. Plus I feel guilty about all the good tips and info I get here without being able to contribute much, so I take any chance I can to pay it forward.

Back to Dutchess, I'm glad to know she didn't have to endure trauma to get that ear--it's just part of who she is!
