Is Artie a Dutch Shepherd?

We rescued him about a year ago, and have been wondering what breed he might be. His personality and character definitely matches that of a dutch shepherd, and to us he looks quite like one, but what do you all think? Thank you!

I'd say no. I see some sort of Aussie/cattle dog/shepherd but no dutch. He looks like a blast though! Love the eyes.

He looks like a cattle dog mixed with something long haired. I see the cattle dog mask. Someone just posted a merle colored dog on the Dutch facebook group who looks just like Artie but with shorter hair.
