Hi!

I just joined because I just got a rescue puppy that was touted as a DS, but I think at best she's a mix. I wanted to post photos and get input. I kind of doubt that this puppy is enough DS to have the trainability I am looking for. And she is terrorizing my dog-loving cat.

I love Shepherds- German, Dutch and Belgian. My 16.5 y/o GSD/possibly DS mix passed away a few months ago and I really want a DS or GSD mix.

Any degree of DS in the gene pool could help with "trainability" (and if that's the case, they might also have inherited a degree of the traits that make you want to .)

Welcome !!! Thank you for rescuing. Are you looking to do anything in particular with the dog? Would that be why you wanted more DS in the mix?

What is she doing to the cat, maybe we can help.
