Puppy size

Is it normal for an 8 week old puppy to be 16 pounds??

For a DS? I'm not sure. But, I can tell you that my Shiloh shepherd was 16 lbs when I picked her up, and they're a giant breed.

I'm 100% positive he is a dutchie, I met the parents and they are both around 65( both dutchies) I just didn't know of they were supposed to be that big at such a young age
I also can't submit pictures for some reason
