"Research has also shown that grass-fed beef is lower in saturated fat and higher in Omega-3's than traditional beef."
Wondering at what point in time "grass-fed beef" became non traditional. Isn't that how we originally raised our meat on ranches, before feed lots and the steroids and the need for antibiotics because overcrowding caused diseases in the animals?
Got me thinking about the craze over "organic" produce also---and the very high cost now days, of trying to eat healthy the way my Grandparents did as their normal way of life!
Also got me thinking about when, after 100's of years of living with us, did someone decide dogs are healthier eating kibble, instead of what nature intended. I've yet to see even the smartest dog learn to build a fire and cook its own rabbit.
