- Tell us about yourself: Rescued our first DS male on Dec 27, 2011. Approx 4 yrs. Rescued from NADSR. His name is Odin. Adopted a 2nd DS from NADSR June 27, 2012. Kai - 6 months.

You can safely visit the utmost south of the Netherlands. After all, I am no longer there, right? I am now in the southern US. Maybe just avoid that and you should be fine.icvanstra wrote:That's it! I'm never visiting the South again.

I too thought about a kennel that has a similar name, and never could figure out why they used the German name for a German city for a DS breeding operation. You might be on to something.

I'll have to agree with Judith, obviously Eric does not have a clou... Kai is as Dutch as noodles We do have a Cai cable in Holland, witch sends the TV signal, pretty vital for most Dutch people...so if you just say you spelled it different, Cai could mean a very vital part of Dutch society 
I had wondered about that Aachen kennelname too, maybe they just could not believe Holland really was that small and figured Germany is Holland too, for the most part

Congratulations!!! I was just saying to Stan today, that I don't know how people can have just one Dutchie! They are so amazing and they LOVE each other so much. My two are constantly tumbling, wresting, snuggling etc. But maybe I just got lucky...
