I think that there is a description of how to do it in the info section. On my computer (mac) I have to export pics from my photo program to "desktop" Making sure to choose a small or medium sized option (regular is too big)
Then you use the tab below that says "upload attachment" and it lets you choose, label, then place the pictures in the subject box. Goodluck!
