"Dutch" Dragonfly

When Marco and I are hiking, we see a lot of, what I would call "Dutch" Dragonflies.

Their official name is "Halloween Pennanat Dragonfly".

Radar and I see those on our hikes all the time. He has almost ripped my shoulder out it's socket trying to chase them.

I think that kind is called "Halloween" dragon fly.
