Switching to adult food
My Dutch Shepherd is approaching 11 months old now, and I'm about to begin the switch to adult food. He's been on Blue Wilderness large breed puppy chicken formula and has done well on it. I'm open to switching brands but not sure which one to switch to, if at all. I've done some research and am honestly a bit overwhelmed at this point by all the options. I don't really know any Dutch Shepherd owners, so if anyone here has any advice, I would appreciate it!

I am not sure that feeding requirements will be much different from your GSDs.
I know what you mean by being overwhelmed with choice. Top that off with possibly feeding raw.
I know everyone says how would you like to eat the same thing every day, but it seems like too much switching causes intestinal issues - I think consistency is best.
BTW - if you do a search on feeding, there's over 500 posts - you may be able to find some good advice among them.

Re: Switching to adult food
I have often switched flavors but with the same brand. I also mix it up by feeding raw or even cook boneless chicken thighs on the grill. The only reason I cook them is because of the great flavor grilling brings out. Also, if my dog's stomach is upset (rare) cooked chicken is good. Just don't feed cooked bones as they become rigid and splinter.

I did the raw chicken thing once, Riddick got violently ill, threw up everywhere and literally painted my kitchen with diarrhea. It was awful. He was so sad looking. I was always told dogs can't sick off of raw, yah right. He didn't even eat that much, it was a frozen chicken back and a turkey neck- both washed then frozen. He only eats grain free now mixed with some Blue Buffalo canned food or whatever I make him in the crockpot or grill.
