DS Mix at the shelter?

Hey all, I came across this little girl at the shelter here in Philly. I definitely see some sort of shepherd, see what you all think.

She is about 35 lbs right now, SUPER skinny, Id guess 10-15 lbs underweight. Severe hair loss, so Its really hard to tell . Its hard to know if she is DS, but when I see brindle+shepherd mix I get excited. Pictures attached, your expertise would be appreciated even if it is just a more educated guess to help her get out of the shelter.

Looks like a DS to me.
