Why only to a non-working home? (Sorry, I might have missed why having not understood if it was linked to the other screening information you provided.)

Quasar is "non-working" because his drives are just not strong enough and are inconsistent. He was originally intended to be a SAR dog, but of course it isn't ethical to use a dog for SAR if it isn't super reliable in its job! This isn't to say that he can't learn or doesn't have any drive. He is still a high energy, intelligent dog. But I don't want someone to purchase him with expectations that he cannot meet.
